Welcome to NE Network, operated by Nameless Esports / Armour Studios ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform at https://namelessesports.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility — Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account or use NE Network. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Users under 18 years of age ("Minors") may use the Platform, but their participation in recruitment features, NIL-related activities, or any binding agreements may require parental or guardian consent as required by applicable law. Schools and programs enrolling minor athletes are responsible for obtaining all necessary parental or guardian consents.

We do not knowingly permit users under 13 to create accounts. If we discover an account belonging to a user under 13, it will be terminated immediately.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at contact@namelessesports.com.

You may not create accounts on behalf of another person without authorization, impersonate any person, or use a username that is offensive, misleading, or violates any third-party rights.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• Harass, bully, threaten, or harm other users.
• Post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory.
• Transmit spam, unsolicited advertising, or phishing messages.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform without written consent.
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, game statistics, or academic credentials.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any user from using or enjoying the Platform.

4. Recruitment & Scouting Features

NE Network provides tools for schools, organizations, and players to connect for scholastic and competitive esports recruitment. Use of these features is subject to the following:

• Schools and organizations may only recruit players for legitimate scholastic or competitive esports programs.
• Recruitment communication must be professional and respectful. Spam or harassment through the messaging system will result in account termination.
• Any NIL (Name, Image, Likeness) arrangements or agreements are solely between the parties involved. Nameless Esports / Armour Studios is not a party to any such agreements and assumes no liability for them.
• Schools and organizations recruiting Minors are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws regarding minors in competitive activities, including obtaining parental or guardian consent.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you post on the Platform (profile information, messages, etc.). By posting content, you grant Nameless Esports / Armour Studios a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Platform.

You are solely responsible for content you post and represent that you have the right to post it. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, without notice.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features of NE Network require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis and processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the applicable billing cycle.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods except as required by applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and all its original content — including the NE Network name, logos, design, features, and software — are the exclusive property of Nameless Esports / Armour Studios and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Game rank data, statistics, and third-party integrations (including Discord) are provided for informational purposes. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in third-party data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nameless Esports / Armour Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Platform, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting an updated version with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
