How it works

One session or a monthly plan, for you or your team.
Book your times
Choose open times from your coach's calendar. The invite and video link land in your inbox.
Show up and level up
60-minute sessions, locked in once booked. Need one today? Expedited booking is $10 extra.
Cancelling and rescheduling
- Once a session is booked, the time is locked in for you and your coach.
- Life happens: your first cancel or reschedule is free, once.
- After that, every cancel or reschedule is 50% of the session, however far ahead.
- Need a session within 24 hours? Expedited booking is $10 extra, charged only once your coach confirms.
- If your coach cancels, you never pay: the session goes back to you.
Monthly plans renew each month and can be cancelled any time; your sessions last until the month ends. Unused sessions do not roll over. A single session you have not used can be refunded in full from your account.
