• Communications: Messages sent through the Platform's messaging system, support tickets, and contact form submissions.
• Payment Data: Subscription billing information is processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers — Stripe handles payment data per their own privacy policy.
• Third-Party Authentication: If you sign in via Discord or another OAuth provider, we receive your name, email, and profile image from that provider.

• Create and manage your account and profile.
• Operate recruitment and scouting features — schools and organizations may view public player profiles.
• Facilitate messaging between users, schools, and organizations where you have opted in.
• Process subscriptions and payments.
• Send transactional emails (account verification, match notifications, roster updates).
• Maintain platform security and prevent abuse.
• Improve platform features and performance through aggregated, anonymized analytics.
• Comply with applicable laws and legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Public Profiles & Recruitment

Player profiles, school profiles, and organization profiles on NE Network are publicly visible by default. This includes your username, game statistics, rank, preferred games, and school or organization affiliation, if provided.

Recruitment-related features (such as marking your profile as "open to recruitment") are designed for scholastic and competitive esports purposes. Schools and organizations on the Platform may contact you through our messaging system. You may adjust your recruitment visibility in your account settings at any time.

5. Sharing of Information

We may share your information in these limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: Third-party vendors (e.g., Stripe for payments, SendGrid for email, Vercel for hosting, Neon for database) who assist in operating the Platform and are contractually bound to keep information confidential.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or government authority.
• Safety: To protect the rights, property, or safety of Nameless Esports / Armour Studios, our users, or the public.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records).
