How can we help?

Make an account

1. 1Tap Join and pick Player, or Organizer if you run events.
2. 2Tap Sign up with Discord, or fill in the email form.
3. 3Pick the games you play and tap Complete setup.
4. 4Enter the 6-digit code we email you. It lasts 15 minutes.

Younger players need a parent to set up a family account.

Link Discord

1. 1Open Settings, then Connections.
2. 2Find Discord and tap Connect.
3. 3Approve on Discord. You come straight back.

Signed up with Discord? It is already linked. Some events and all coaching bookings need it.

Set your games

1. 1Open your Profile.
2. 2Under Preferred Games, tap the games you play.
3. 3Add your in-game names under Game Accounts & Ranks if you like.
4. 4Tap Save changes.

Find and join a tournament

1. 1Open Tournaments in the Arena and pick an event.
2. 2Tap Register now (sign in first if asked).
3. 3Fill in the form and tap Register.
4. 4The organizer reviews every entry. You get a notice when you are in.

Full event? You join the waitlist and move up if someone drops out while sign-ups are open. Track every entry under Matches.

Solo or team events

1. 1Solo (1v1) events use your profile name, so set a display name first.
2. 2In team events, whoever registers is the captain.
3. 3Pick one of your teams, or type a team name and teammates (@username, one per line).
4. 4Some events need a full roster before you can check in.

Check in

1. 1Open the event page. The Event check-in card shows when it opens.
2. 2Check-in opens 15 to 60 minutes before the start (the event page shows when) and closes 15 minutes after.
3. 3The captain, coach or manager taps Check in. One tap covers the team.
4. 4Made a mistake? Undo check-in while the window is open.

What if I miss check-in?

1. 1When check-in closes, entries that did not check in are withdrawn before the bracket is made.
2. 2You see Entry withdrawn: no check-in on the event page.
3. 3Message the organizer right away. They can put you back in until matches are made.

Missing a match check-in later can mean a forfeit for that match.

Report a score

1. 1Open your match from Matches.
2. 2Under Report the score, set each game's score with the - and + buttons.
3. 3Add screenshots if you can. They help if the result is questioned.
4. 4Tap Report. The other team confirms, reports a different score, or disputes.
5. 5No answer by the deadline (usually 10 minutes) and your report counts.

Captains, coaches and managers can report.

Disputes

1. 1If the scores do not match, the match is disputed on its own.
2. 2To dispute, tap Dispute or Something is wrong with this result in the match room.
3. 3Say what happened, add screenshots, and tap Submit dispute.
4. 4An organizer decides and posts it in match chat. You can appeal once, within 48 hours.

Need help mid-match? Tap Request a moderator above the chat.

Entry fees and refunds

1. 1Most events are free. If there is a fee, the sign-up form shows it.
2. 2You pay with Stripe after registering. Your spot is held for 30 minutes.
3. 3Withdraw from the event page while sign-ups are open.
4. 4Refunds: some events refund automatically before a set date. Otherwise the organizer refunds you.
5. 5If an event is cancelled, paid entries are refunded.

Make a team

1. 1Open Teams in the Arena.
2. 2Tap New team.
3. 3Add a name, a tag and your games, then tap Create team.

You are the captain. Your team can then enter team events in one tap.

Invite teammates with a link

1. 1Open your team page.
2. 2Tap Share invite link (or Copy invite link) and send it to your friends.
3. 3They open the link, sign in and tap Join.
4. 4Or invite by username or email, or share the join code.

Roster changes

1. 1Captains and managers change roles, Make captain or Remove players on the team page.
2. 2Members tap Leave team. A captain hands over captaincy first.
3. 3For an event, change the roster on the event's Teams tab.
4. 4Event rosters lock at check-in close. After that, a change needs the organizer's approval.

Find a scrim

1. 1Open Scrims in the Arena. Open posts are listed soonest first.
2. 2Tap Play them on a post and send a request, or tap Post a scrim to make your own.
3. 3The poster taps Accept, and the scrim is booked.
4. 4Booked scrims show the other captain's contact. Agree on lobby details there.

You need a team, and to be its captain or manager.

Create an event with Quick start

1. 1Open Hosting and tap New event.
2. 2Under Quick start, pick one, like Weekly cup or League with playoffs.
3. 3Choose the game, team size and event name.
4. 4Pick when it starts and how many teams.
5. 5Tap Create and open registration, or Save as draft.

No community needed. You can change anything later.

Share your event

1. 1Open your event in Hosting.
2. 2On Overview, find the Share card.
3. 3Tap Copy link, Share, or Show QR code.
4. 4Want it on your site? Settings, Integrations has Embed on your site.

Drafts and private events cannot be shared until you publish them.

Run your event

1. 1Accept entries under Entrants.
2. 2Tap Go live when you are ready, then Generate the bracket.
3. 3Automation runs the rest: check-in drops, match times, auto-confirmed scores, forfeits.
4. 4Settle disputes under Review. Add helpers under Settings, Staff.
5. 5Tap Pause automation any time you want to take over.

Pay prizes

1. 1Finish the event so the final placings are in.
2. 2Winners pick how they get paid (Stripe, PayPal, bank) under Your prizes.
3. 3In your event, open Payments, then Prizes.
4. 4Tap Pay by Stripe, or pay them yourself and tap Record payment.

Pay by Stripe uses entry fees held for the event.

Community memberships

1. 1Open your community and go to Membership.
2. 2Tap Connect Stripe so you can get paid. Only the owner can.
3. 3Add a tier: name, monthly price (at least $3) and perks.
4. 4Members pay monthly and cancel any time.

Fees come out of the price: 5% + 30¢ processing and a 10% Nameless commission.

Book a coach

1. 1Open Coaching, pick a game and tap Choose on a session.
2. 2Pick an open time, or suggest up to 3 times.
3. 3Tap Pay and book (or Request and pay). Under 18? A parent or guardian approves first.
4. 4Suggested times: your card is held, charged only when the coach picks one. No answer in 24 hours and you pay nothing.

You need Discord linked to book. Family accounts (12 and under) book through a parent's account.

Change or cancel a session

1. 1Open Sessions.
2. 2Tap Move or Cancel on the session.
3. 3Your first change is free. After that, each change costs 50% of the session.
4. 4Waiting on the coach? Tap Withdraw. You are not charged.

Unused purchases can be refunded in full with Refund.

Coaching fees

1. 1The coach sets their price and keeps all of it.
2. 2Nameless adds a small share on top.
3. 3Card processing is added at checkout.
4. 4Sessions within 24 hours cost $10 extra.

You always see the full total before you pay.

Free trial

1. 1First-time members get a 7-day free trial.
2. 2Pick a plan on Pricing and tap Get NEXUS.
3. 3Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged.

Cancel NEXUS

1. 1Open Billing.
2. 2Tap Cancel or withdraw, then Cancel subscription.
3. 3Tap Yes, cancel my plan.

Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. There is no refund for the current period.

Privacy

1. 1In Settings, Security, choose who can message you and manage blocked accounts.
2. 2Tap Download data for a copy of your data.
3. 3Open Privacy choices to opt out of sale and sharing, or send a privacy request.

We honor Global Privacy Control from your browser.

Family accounts

1. 1A parent signs in to their own account and taps Set up a family account.
2. 2Verify with a refunded card check or a signed form.
3. 3Choose what your child can do. You approve every event.
4. 4Your child signs in with a one-time code from your family dashboard.
5. 5At 13, tap Approve the handover and the account becomes theirs.

Delete your account

1. 1Cancel any subscription in Billing first.
2. 2Open Settings, Security and scroll to Danger zone.
3. 3Tap Delete account, type DELETE, then tap Delete forever.

Your details are removed right away and this cannot be undone. Past results stay, shown as Deleted user.

2. 2Pick a category, like Account Issue or Billing & Subscription.
3. 3Describe the problem and tap Submit ticket. Track it under Tickets.
