Points of contact

How authorities and users can reach Nameless Esports / Armour Studios about content, moderation and online safety.

Last updated: October 11, 2026

For authorities (EU DSA Art. 11)

Member State authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services can reach our single point of contact at authorities@namelessesports.com. Orders to act against illegal content or to provide information (DSA Art. 9 and 10) can be sent there.

Languages: English. We also accept messages in Spanish, French and German and will reply in English unless you ask otherwise.

Law enforcement requests from outside the EU can use the same address. In an emergency involving a risk to life, put "URGENT" in the subject.

For users (EU DSA Art. 12)

Our single point of contact for users is our trust and safety team at safety@namelessesports.com. You do not need to use an automated tool: a person reads every message.

Languages: English. We also accept messages in Spanish, French and German and will reply in English unless you ask otherwise.

EU legal representative (EU DSA Art. 13)

We are not established in the EU and are appointing a legal representative in an EU Member State. Their name and address will be published here once appointed. Until then, please use authorities@namelessesports.com.

UK Online Safety Act

For online safety concerns and complaints from the UK, including about how we handle reports and our moderation decisions, contact safety@namelessesports.com with "UK online safety" in the subject, or use the in-product Report button and Appeals page. Ofcom can reach us at authorities@namelessesports.com.

Transparency

We publish yearly numbers on reports, moderation decisions, appeals and illegal content notices on our transparency page.
